Hotel Du Lac - Interlaken

The location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic! It was super convenient, with the train station just across the street and the cruise ship for lake sightseeing right outside. having a Starbucks just a few steps away was a great bonus. the breakfast was delicious, and I loved the view outside the window. It was such a pleasant experience.

The rooms were a bit dated and could use some refurbishment. the doorkey system could be upgraded to a more modern one for added security and convenience.

Unfortunately everything very old-fashioned - old furniture, old lift, access to the rooms still with simple keys without magnetic cards.

Great location near the train station and a supermarket. Easy access to the beautiful Lake Brienz.

Some noise from the trains, but not a big issue. Limited breakfast options.

We asked for rooms on the highest floor but they gave us the bottom floor room.

Very quiet room because on the side to the river! Very nice staff! Accommodation practical and clean / price performance voted for me and for the location Interlaken. For one night - OK!

location was great. Great room with river view. Large room large bath. Service was great. Food was great. they helped with directions and getting tickets for the train. Very helpful and friendly staff would recommend the hotel to others. Enjoyed our stay.

The location was excellent, adjacent to the railroad station, and easy walking distance to most activities. The hotel had a good restaurant and offered free internet access. Staff was especially helpful with all questions and requests. The staff upgraded my request for a balcony room to provide a room with balcony overlooking the river.

The price of the room was well above my budget, but that is Switzerland, one of the most expensive places in the world to visit.

Great location right next to the train station with easy access to transportation. The river-facing view from the room was fine. Spacious and beautifully appointed rooms, especially the modern bathtub perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day of hiking. The dinner menu offered excellent options and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The personalized service from the staff was very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and comfort.

The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, being just a stone's throw away from the train station and offering stunning views of the lake and mountains. It was incredibly convenient for us to explore the surrounding area and catch our train connections. the staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. the dinner and breakfast options in the restaurant were delicious and satisfying.

the rooms facing the train station could be noisy when windows were open, so it's something to consider if you're a light sleeper. It would have been nice to have a minibar fridge available in the room for added convenience.

We enjoyed the position of the Hotel - close to all amenities. The friendliness of each and every member of staff - and their desire to go the extra mile in making our stay really special. The front desk staff were very special and made us feel special - and never tired of answering our many questions. Their suggestions on things to do were extremely hepful. Our gift of chocolates were delicious and a lovely touch.

The only suggestion I have is that there was not a hair-dryer in the room which would have been helpful -

Wonderful location next to the railway! The staffs are extremely friendly. Especially Zaki who help us to check the schedule of trains and advice us in the route to Zurich.

The pillow is too soft for my prefence. other than that everything is okay
